How long does shipping usually take?
Since our items are often limited-edition or made-to-order, shipping times vary. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 5-10 business days after the production period ends, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made campaign items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also log into your Makeship account to view your real-time order status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
